  Great wine but lousy food and service! They have a number of excellent wines on sale but their food was inedible.
  
  I ordered their special "Blue Mussels" served in a white wine sauce. The bowl arrived with a covering bowl for the shells but no napkin and silverware. I waited for the server to return with silverware..never came back. I had to go to the counter and ask for both. I was handed a knife and fork wrapped in a paper napkin. When I arrived back at the table I noticed a big piece of someone else's meal stuck on the knife and I had to go back for another set. There was no spoon..
  
  When I removed the cover, I first noticed the butter placed on the mussels was still solid.Most of the mussels were cold, a few were actually luke warm. They were swimming in a cool bath of white wine loaded with garlic, right out of the crushed garlic bottle. Awful!
  
  My friend ordered a salad and her response was that it looked like the efforts of a 3rd grader. (She was a 3rd grade teacher for 28 years).
  
  I did not purchase any wine but based on their general incompetence, I wouldn't trust their ability to store wines properly.
  
  If you are visiting McCall, give this place a miss. There is a Subway down the road and you will have a superior meal at a fraction of the price.
